My work with young people is based in partnership with parents creating a collaborative environment to foster growth. My approach with younger kids includes Play & Sandtray Therapy which creates space for emotional processing beyond their current verbal abilities. With teens I focus on building trust to create space for honest communication while introducing and fostering skills for their emotional development and identity expression.
