Who I work with

I provide therapy for children, teens, adults, couples and families facing a range of challenges. Here's an overview of who I work with and how I can help.

  • My work with young people is based in partnership with parents creating a collaborative environment to foster growth. My approach with younger kids includes Play & Sandtray Therapy which creates space for emotional processing beyond their current verbal abilities. With teens I focus on building trust to create space for honest communication while introducing and fostering skills for their emotional and identity expression and development.

  • This life stage brings intense pressure to launch successfully into adulthood. It is also a life stage that can come with emerging identities and diagnoses. I work with you to define your own metrics for success while building a deeper connection to your developing identities to foster a life that feels genuinely yours.

  • Adults often come to therapy when they're ready for something to shift - wanting deeper relationships, more clarity about their direction and identity, or an understanding of patterns that keep showing up. I work with you to explore these questions with curiosity and depth, building insight that leads to lasting growth.

  • I work with couples and intimate partners across a wide range of goals including increasing communication skills, reducing and repurposing conflict, fostering emotional and sexual intimacy, blending or uncoupling families, and relationship change preparation for new chapters like marriage or children.

  • I work with families seeking to shift patterns that create distance or conflict. I also work with families navigating major transitions like divorce or blending new family groups. Through systems-focused work, we explore how each person's experience shapes the family dynamic and build new ways of connecting where everyone feels understood, supported, and integrated.
